Pinot Bianco Collio DOC Russiz Superiore
Russiz Superiore's Pinot Bianco Collio DOC is a fine white wine from Friuli, made from from 100% Pinot Bianco grapes, grown in the Russiz Superiore - Capriva del Friuli area - by Marco Felluga family. Approximately 15% of the must fermented in oak barrels and 85% fermented in stainless steel vats. It rests about eight months on the lees and afterwards in the bottle.
An intense nose, the fruity and floral tones combine in a wonderful union. In its silkness aromas of mature peaches, apple and white fleshed fruits, wild flowers and broom can be detected. In the mouth rich and fleshy gustatory sensations abound. Of just the right balance it is able to express sapidity and fresh tones. Its structure supports the alcohol content marvellously. It has a remarkably long finish. We recommend using it at a temperature of 12 °C.

Chosen for you
More than a century has passed, since the first Felluga crossed his history with wine. The island of Istria was the place of origin of Malvasia and Refosco d'Istria productions. Just after the Great War, the family get to the other side of the gulf, to Grado and then in Friuli.
