Tintilia del Molise DOC Di Majo Norante
Tintilia made by Di Majo Norante winery is a red wine obtained from the selection of 100% Tintilia grapes, an ancient native grape variety of Molise. After maceration in contact with the skins for about one month, the obtained must carries out malolactic fermentation, before aging partly in barrels and partly in steel. The wine completes its refining in the bottle forthe next 6 months.
It is a full, soft and velvety wine with perfect fusion of plum and pomegranate flavours, together with intense scents of leather and licorice, with intense ruby red colour with purple reflections. We recommend serving a temperature of 18 °C.

Because of its intense tannic structure and complexity, Tintilia pairs well with rich and savory dishes, in particular white and red meats, game and aged cheese.
