The South Tyrolean Sauvignon of Kössler winery ia a great white wine from Sauvignon grapes, grown around Missiano and Sno Paulo. The wine is fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperature, then matures on fine yeast for 5-7 months, without malolactic fermentation.
NOTE OF TASTING
Kössler Sauvignon has a bright and clear yellow colour. On the nose: passion fruit, kiwi, melon, citrus and hay, along with elderflower. On the palate the taste of the exotic fruis becomes more mineral and savoury, showing lively acidity and great expressiveness. We suggest to serve the wine at a temperature of 8-10 °C.
