Chardonnay of the Kössler winery is a white wine made from Chardonnay grapes grown around the village of San Paolo (BZ). The wine ferments at controlled temperature in wooden barrels and then refines for 5-7 months on fine yeasts, performing a partial malolactic fermentation.
This Chardonnay stands out for its typical aroma reminding exotic fruits. On the palate it is fresh and well-balanced. We recommend serving it at a temperature of 10 °C.
