Mach Rosé Trentodoc Millesimato
Mach Rosé Trentodoc Millesimato is a Traditional Method sparkling wine produced by Edmund Mach Foundation from Pinot Noir grapes, grown in the Vigalzano vineyard, nearby Pergine Valsugana. After a manual harvest in mid-September, the winemaking process follows the white vinification method, after a short cold maceration of the must. Fermentation is carried out entirely in steel tanks, with second fermentation the spring following the harvest. The wine matures on the lees for 24-36 months, followed by disgorgement.
This Metodo Classico sparkling wine has a light pink colour, slightly tending to coppery tones. The parfume is very delicate and rather fruity: notes of strawberry and small red fruits stand out. In the mouth the taste is slightly spicy, very fresh and inviting. Very important mineral finish; fine and persistent perlage. We suggest serving it at a temperature of 8 °C.
