Endrizzi Brut Trentodoc Brut Millesimato
Endrizzi Brut is a Trentodoc Brut Millesimato sparkling wine produced by Endrizzi winery and made from Chardonnay and Pinot Nero grapes. After the thinning out in July, the grapes are harvested by hand in small boxes, to ensure their integrity up to pressing. The whole bunches are softly crushed, before fermenting in thermoconditioned stainless steel tanks, as the Traditional Method Trentodoc classification established. Maturation on yeasts lasts over 24 months, in order to keep the fragrance of the original wine intact. The "dosage" is minimal, in order not to alter the characteristics naturally given by the very favorable environmental factors, by the foaming and by a particularly cured artisan processing.
Pale straw colour with greenish undertones, lively, fine and elegant perlage, minute and continuous. The aroma is intense, varietal with light sensations of green apple that give it particular finesse. Savory and salty to the taste, but at the same time lively and elegant. We suggest serving it at a temperature of 4-5 °C.
