Magnificat Vigneto Singolo Cabernet Sauvignon
Magnificat is a real challenge in Romagna. Drei Donà has decided to vinify it as single-vineyard from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes in French woods and bottling without filtration. It has been undoubtedly the symbol of Drei Donà's turning point in wine production and it perfectly translates an international blend in Romagna's terroir. The harvest is carried out by hand in boxes, with selection of the grapes in the vineyard, towards the second decade of September. After fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, malolactic fermentation takes place in stainless steel. The wine is aged in 225 liters barriques of Allier and Tronçais for a period of about 20 months. It is bottled unfiltered, to refine another 12 months in bottle.
Clear ruby red colour with garnet reflections. The bouquet is broad, intense and persistent, ripe red fruits and flavors of vanilla and pepper. In the mouth it is immediate, there is an important tannic texture, velvety and soft. Long and persistent sip. Magnificat has an estimated aging capacity of over 20 years. We suggest serving it at a temperature of 18-20 °C.

Drei Donà - Tenuta La Palazza
The Drei Donà estate is located in the ancient Romagnan hills between the towns of Forlì, Castrocaro and Predappio. The ‘La Palazza’ farmhouse was built around a watchtower constructed by Caterina Sforza in 1481 in a strategic position on the gentle slopes of Massa di Vecchiazzano to defend her lands. The property has been in the hands of the Drei Donà family since the last century, and although it has always been dedicated to producing Sangiovese grapes, it has undergone a radical transformation under the present owner, Count Claudio Drei Donà.
