Prosecco DOC Nature Brut Millesimato
Prosecco Nature represents the essence of the Prosecco in a refined and elegant version. Fragrance, freshness and finesse marries in a very pure expression. Prosecco Nature conveys a dry and natural mouthful, showing its maximum integral identity. The Glera grapes of this sparkling Prosecco come from the vineyards of Colvendrame estate, which is located on the hills of Refrontolo, between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, in the heart of the Prosecco DOC classification, where the vineyards enjoy a very favorable exposure and climate. After hand harvesting, carried out through a careful selection of the most “golden” grapes and so the ripest, grapes are destimmed and crushed, getting ready for the winemaking process. Must is chilled at 0°C during several stages in the vinification process, and second fermentation is carried out with the Pas Dosé "Italian method" in pressured tanks.
Fine and persistent perlage, light straw yellow colour, with evident greenish hue. Full width bouquet, with notes of white flowers, lily of the valley and green apple. Dry and harmonious on the palate, it is persistent and pleasantly savory. We recommend serving it at a temperature of 5-6 °C.

The De Stefani family originates in Refrontolo, a little hilly village in Veneto Italy, as results in official documents of 1624. In the second half of 1800 Valeriano De Stefani, the founder, individualized the best soil where to produce wines with rare personality in the Colvendrame estate in Refrontolo, on the hills between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, north of Venice.
His son Valeriano, second generation, inspired by his careful wife Angelina, began the tradition which the De Stefanis have always adhered: total devotion to quality with no compromise.
