Corte Conti Cavalli Rosso Veronese IGT
Corte Conti Cavalli is a Veronese red wine produced by Farina winery and obtained from 60% Corvina, 30% Merlot, 10% Molinara and Oseleta grapes, grown in the municipality of San Pietro in Cariano. For this label, Corvina grapes are lightly dried for about 15 days and vinified separately. The wine matures in small oak barrels and, at the time of decanting, it is blended by adding fresh wine obtained from Merlot, Molinara and Oseleta grapes, that give floral and fruity notes. Only selected yeasts are used during fermentation at a controlled temperature of 26 °C and only delestages are performed to obtain the ideal extraction of colour and flavours, the perfect body, without removing freshness from the final result. The obtained wine ages 50% in barriques and 50% in stainless steel, followed by further refinement in the bottle for over 6 months.
Bright ruby-red colour. On the nodes you smell perfumes of red fruit jams and hints of raspberry, ginger, wood and spices, which inebriate the nose, expand and multiply themselves. In the mouth the wine is full, harmonious, enchanting. We suggest serving it at a temperature of 16-18 °C.
