Nebbiolo Canavese DOC
Cieck's Nebbiolo is a Piedmontese red wine made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes under the Canavese DOC classification. Production is limited. The grapes are harvested at the end of October, obtaining berries rich in noble substances, in order to produce an elegant wine that can give good longevity thanks to the refinement in oak tonneaux for 18 months.
Red colour with intense dark garnet undertones. The aromas are elegant, with the classic hints of red fruits and light spicy notes. In the mouth it is tannic and austere, fascinating for its excellent persistence, thanks to fine ripe fruit and rose hints in the aftertaste. We suggest serving it fresh, at a temperature of 16-18 °C.
FOOD MATCHING SUGGESTIONS

The lands, which are mostly hilly, have glacial origin, or derived from debris mass due to the prehistoric glaciers advance. Therefore, this is very ancient, sandy and pebbly soil. The pH is acidic or sub acidic with poor retention.
