Sangaetano Primitivo di Manduria DOC
The wine "Sangaetano" of Cantine Due Palme winery is a wine obtained from 100% Primitivo di Manduria grapes, harvested and selected in the first ten days of September. Once softly destemmed and vinified, grapes undergo maceration for about 14 days to complete its alcoholic fermentation at a 20°C. It is then transferred in barriques (Allier and Tronçais), for the malolactic fermentation, before a last ageing in wood of 6 months and in bottle prior to release.
The wine has a deep and dark ruby red colour with intense purple highlights. Fruity aromas and flowery notes explode on the nose. Smooth and balanced with a well structured and complex finish.
