Seraia Malvasia Nera Salento IGT
Seraia by Cantine Due Palme is obtained from mature and selected Malvasia Nera grapes, a native grape variety of Apulia. The grapes are softly destimmed and crushed, then the must ferments for about 8 days in sealed vertical vats, where it completes alcoholic and malolactic fermentation at a temperature of 20 °C. The obtained wine subsequently ages in steel tanks.
Seraia has a ruby-red colour. On the nose it presents an intense and elegant bouquet, mainly chacarcterized by red berries scents. On the palate it expresses soft tannins and persistent as well as harmonious finish. We recommend serving it at a temperature of 16-18 °C.
FOOD MATCHING SUGGESTIONS
Great wine to pair with all meals, Malvasia Nera Seraia is therefore the ideal wine for the everyday table. It matches well with stuffed fresh pasta dishes, boiled white meat, as well as grilled red meat.
