Rosalita Rosato Salento
Rosalita is a rosè wine produced by Cantine Due Palme and obtained from 70% Negroamaro, 30% Malvasia Nera grapes. The grapes are harvested during the first decade of September. The vinification takes place with maceration of the skins for about 6-7 hours, followed by alcoholic fermentation at 15 °C and aging in thermoregulated steel tanks, in order to enhance the aromas and aromas typical of the grape varieties.
Slightly pinkish in the glass, this rosè wine shows delicately fruity and floral fragrances, like strawberry and dandelion notes. The taste is pleasing, soft and fresh, slightly salty. We recommend serving it at 10-11 °C.
