Canonico Negroamaro Salento IGT
Negroamaro Canonico produced by Due Palme winery is a red wine from Puglia with an excellent quality/price ratio. It is a 100% Negroamaro, whose grapes macerate for about 8 days and ferment at a controlled temperature of 20 °C. The obtained wine is moved into barriques, where it completes malolactic fermentation, aging further 4 months in wood and in the bottle.
It has an intense ruby red colour with purple undertones. Fine, fruity and fragrant perfumes. The palate is particularly balanced, medium-bodied, characterized by good freshness and aromatic background. We suggest serving it at a temperature of 16-18 °C.
