Bagnara Fiano Salento IGT
Bagnara oby Cantine Due Palme winery is a white obtained from selected 100% Fiano grapes, harvested in August. The grapes are subjected to cryomaceration at 4 °C for 24 hours, before being de-stimmed and ready for alcoholic fermentation at a temperature of 15 °C for about 10 days.
Bagnara has an intense gold straw colour and great brightness. On the nose this white wine expresses scents of peach, apple, citrus and Mediterranean scrub notes. We suggest serving it at 11-12 °C.
