Sylvaner Alto Adige DOC Valle Isarco
Sylvaner grape variety, probably originating in Germany, was introduced in Alto Adige around 1900. Today it is mainly cultivated in the Isarco Valley, where the disintegrated and gravelly soils give the wine its incomparable elegance. Cantina Valle Isarco's Sylvaner is made from 100% Sylvaner grapes, delicately pressed and processed, before being subjected to controlled temperature fermentation. The wine matures on noble lees in stainless steel tanks, without carrying out malolactic fermentation.
Greenish-yellow colour. Intense aroma, pleasantly fresh and fruity, with hints of peach, apple, apricot. In the mouth it is dry and very aromatic. It can age up to 3-5 years from harvest if well preserved. We suggest serving it at a temperature of 8-10 °C.

The first location was established in 1961 in the historic cellar of Maso Reinthalerhof with Anton Gfader, owner and chosen as the first director by the 24 founders.
