Calidio Rosso Del Molise DOC
Calidio is red wine from Molise, produced by Campi Valerio winery and obtained from Montepulciano grape variety. The grapes come from the area of Monteroduni (IS) and are usually harvested in mid-October. Vinification, fermentation and aging take place in stainless steel.
Intense red colour. Floral bouquet that recalls violets, mixing with notes of small red fruits, such as morello cherry, and herbaceous aromas. In the mouth the wine is dry, austere and of good acidity; very rich body. Rightly tannic. We suggest serving it at a temperature of 18 °C.
