C'D'C' Bianco Sicilia IGT
"The differnte people that set up a common home here weave a seamless mythological tapestry. The theme of this bottle is the unveiling of the Sicily of Agrigento in the inextricable synthesis of our white grapes".
C'D'C' Bianco Sicilia IGT is a classy, well-balanced, truly fascinating white wine, which is rich in fresh and pleasant aromatic aromas. It is produced by Baglio del Cristo di Campobello winery mainly using Sicilian native grapes: Grillo, Insolia, Catarratto and Chardonnay. The grapes are harvested between August and September, through a hand harvesting in small crates. Afterdestiming and crushing, the grapes ferment at 8-10 °C. After a light pressing, the must is separated and decanted through the natural sedimentation at low temperature. Aging period of about 3 months at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks and at least 2 months in bottle.
Gentle straw yellow colour. Elegant and precise bouquet. Mineral notes of flint stone then tropical fruits, fresh butter and aromatic herbs. A wine full of pleasant fragrant contrasts that resemble apricot, apple, pear, reddish flowers, jasmine, broom, acacia and white pepper. Intense and persistent palate. Interesting taste and good rhythmic freshness. Light and aromatic in the mouth, with fruit and flower reminds. It finishes with scents of aromatic herbs. We recommend serving it at a temperature of 8-10 °C.

Baglio del Cristo di Campobello
Immaculate Bonetta’s vineyards.
They are found all around the wonderful Baglio, on the low hills of limestone/gypsum in this portion of Campobello (Licata), where the Mediterranean refreshing breeze comes in the evening, precisely from the side facing Licata.
Grillo, Inzolia and Chardonnay are the white grapes that characteze great wines, such as Adènzia Bianco, Lalùci and Laudàri; while Nero d'Avola, Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon are the red grapes that give life to Lusirà and Lu Patri.
