Cetamura Chianti DOCG
Cetamura is the name of an Etruscan settlement discovered near Badia a Coltibuono, in Gaiole in Chianti. This Chianti comes from the desire to create a pleasant wine, able to pair with the daily meal. It is a young and generous wine, made from Sangiovese grapes, selected from various areas of Chianti and vinified according to the traditional Tuscan method, in steel tanks.
Cetamura Chianti is very bright in the glass. Intense ruby red colour. On the nose it expresses morello cherry, blackberry, cinnamon and cloves aromas. The taste is full, armonious, sapid and soft, with excellent structure. The acidity is well balanced, the aftertaste clean and persistent. We suggest serving it at 16-18 °C.
