Traditional white vinification with soft pressing of the grapes and fermentation in stainless steel at first. Foam stability and permanence on selected yeasts for at least 18 months.
Trentodoc Abate Nero Brut Metodo Classico sparkling wine has a straw yellow color with green highlights. Fine and persistent perlage. You can perceive white fruity notes, together with delicate scents of wild flowers. Fine and balanced with a pleasant background of ripe fruit and hints of bread crust.
In the '70s Abate Nero Brut was recognized for excellence by the Italian "Confraternita della Vite e del Vino del Trentino", while in the '80es Gambero Rosso wine guide mentioned this wine for the Oscars of "quality price wines". During the last decade, it has been rewarded of the "Due Bicchieri Gambero Rosso" award and "Quattro Sfere" in Sparkle wine guide, while Luca Maroni assigned it 81 points and Espresso Guide 15.5/20 points.
