Matching pizza with wine is a problem that has always engaged pizza’s fans. Having to give up tasty pizza only because wine is missing, it’s not so pleasant. Therefore, we have created this selection to match most of the pizzas you usually eat. Rosè wines has to be used for pizzas with vegetables, fish and shellfish. Lambrusco is an alternative for those who love sparkling, but be careful: it’s better to combine pizzas with ham, sausage, bacon and the typical "calzoni" (folded Italian pizza) or “crescioni” (folded Italian flatbreads) with cheese and medium spicy cured meat. Still red wine, instead, aims to satisfy all the combination where the used seasoning is made of sausage and onion, mainly bitter vegetables like rocket and eggplant and challenging cheese, like gorgonzola or brie.
Easy to match, Lambrusco wine fascinates with its fruity aromas and creamy bubbles. Suitable for meat dishes, aged cheeses and pasta because of its natural strength and tannic structure.
