We ask you for certain personal data to provide you with the products or services you request. For example, when you make purchases, contact our consumer services, request to receive communications, create an account, or use our Site or App. This personal data includes your:

To Provide the Features of the Site, App, and Services You Request

Vinitaly Wine Club’s Sharing
Vinitaly Wine Club shares your personal data with:

  • Companies belonging to the Verona Fiere SpA group for the purposes and conditions described above.
  • Third party service providers processing personal data on Vinitaly Wine Club’s behalf, for example to process credit cards and payments, shipping and deliveries, host, manage and service our data, distribute emails, research and analysis, manage brand and product promotions as well as administering certain services and features. When using third party service providers we enter into agreements that require them to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Currently the data supervisors charged with processing your personal data are the following:
  • Technical Partners (Vinitaly Wine Consulting and other technical partners that may be used by Vinitaly Wine Club from time to time) to processe the data required to manage and maintain the Vinitaly Wine Club servers and databases;
  • Ve Global UK Limited: various types of data as specified in the Privacy Policy of the service;
  • Shipping Partners (General Logistics Systems Italy SpA, BRT Spa, Sistema Italia 93 S.r.l. - MailBoxes Etc - other shippers that could be used for deliveries and withdrawals, such as: UPS Srl, Fercam SpA, I-Dika SpA, DHL SpA, TNT SpA) to process the data required to organize and carry out shipment, delivery and return of products purchased from Vinitaly Wine Club;
  • Payment partners (PayPal, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express, Wirecard, Satispay, Stripe and other payment partners that can be used by Vinitaly Wine Club from time to time) to process the data required to conclude the payments of products purchased from Vinitaly Wine Club.

PayPal is a payment service provided by PayPal Inc., which allows users to make online payments using their PayPal credentials.

Wirecard is a payment service provided by Wirecard AG.
Personal Data collected: Various types of Data as specified in the Privacy Policy of the service.

Satispay is a payment service provided by Satispay Limited, a company of the Satispay S.p.A. Group.
Personal Data collected: in order to carry out their duties, Satispay hold data in relation to personal details such as names, dates of birth, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, bank account details. For more informtion, please refer to Satispay’s Privacy Policy.

Stripe is a payment service provided by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.
Personal Data collected: contact details (such as name, postal address, telephone number, email address), financial and transaction data (such as credit or debit card number, and bank account information), other personal data, such as date of birth, SSN or EIN and other various type of data as specified in the Privacy Policy of Stripe’s service.

  • Other third parties to the extent necessary to: (i) comply with a government request, a court order or applicable law; (ii) prevent illegal uses of our Sites and Apps or violations of our Site’s and the App’s Terms of Use and our policies; (iii) defend ourselves against third party claims; and (iv) assist in fraud prevention or investigation (e.g., counterfeiting).

We may also transfer personal data we have about you in the event we sell or transfer all or a portion of our business or assets (including in the event of a reorganization, spin-off, dissolution or liquidation).

Your Sharing

You can access all the services provided by Vinitaly WineClub through our mobile application Vinitaly Wine Club App. This information is applicable to the processing of your personal data collected via the website and via the mobile application Vinitaly Wine Club App.
You can sign up for our mobile application by filling out the registration form and provide your name, your country of origin and defining your personal password. Alternatively you can sign up for our mobile application via your Facebook account or your Google Account +. In this case the service registration and authentication will be provided with the help of third party services Facebook and Google OAuth Authentication and Vinitaly Wine Club will access some of the personal data held by the third party service used for the registration.

Facebook Authentication is a registration and authentication service provided by Facebook Inc. and is connected to the Facebook social network.

Facebook permisisons asked by Vinitaly Wine Club
Vinitaly Wine Club may ask for some Facebook permissions allowing it to perform actions with the user's Facebook account and to retrieve information, including personal data, from it. Google OAuth is a registration and authentication service provided by Google Inc. and is connected to the Google network.
