All Vinitaly Wine Club'S wines and selections of wine can be purchased directly online at www.vinitalyclub.com following the purchase procedure, which will take you step by step to order checkout and payment; then you'll receive an e-mail confirmation as soon as purchased. Here there's a brief purchase guide, that explains how to order on our e-commerce:
1. Choose your wine searching among the proposals of our wine collection and wine selections
2. Select the amount. There is no minimum purchase neither for Italian orders, nor for EU orders, but for orders with shipping to Europe, there is a maximum purchasing bottles: 18 bottles/per order.
3. Checkout. Remember that the order can be closed only once you log-in
Enter your details and shipping address, decide how to pay (credit card, prepaid card, Paypal, bank transfer, cash on delivery - only for orders to Italy -), if you need an invoice, if you're making a gift and then confirm the your order.
4. The order is confirmed. You will receive an Order Confirmation e-mail to your e-mail address.

The order is verified, prepared and sent by courier to your home address, work or friend's address typically in 24/48h for Italy, 5-7 working days for EU (If there are difficulties in reaching certain geographical areas or wine is unavailable/out ok stock or the recipient can not be contacted the shipping may be delayed).

We ship to Italy and abroad (EU). How much is shipping in Italy and what it costs rather than abroad?
In Italy, the shipping is FREE for orders over € 99.00 with wine; for orders less than the estimated cost of € 4.90 (excluding any claim for cash on delivery, which requires an extra charge of € 3.00, in addition to the total order).
The costs of shipping abroad, however, are variable, depending on the country of destination, so you can verify directly online on our site, proceeding to the simulation of the order, choosing your wine, the amount requested (remember that management order you must order at least no.6 bottles) and select the shipping country. Then, you can verify shipping costs and any additional costs (duties and administrative expenses etc ...), to consider in addition to the price of the wine indicated.
How long does delivery take place in Italy? And abroad?
Delivery in Italy typically takes two business days from payment receipt, but may slip due to the difficulty in reaching certain geographical areas or to the unavailability of the product or receiver. The delivery date is always communicated and it's always be possible to track the shipment. Abroad, however, the deadlines are longer, up to 5-7 working days, it depends on the shipping country.
Are the prices on your website inclusive of VAT?
Yes, the prices on our website are always inclusive of VAT, because we look for simplicity and clarity when purchasing and most likely you do as well.
Which payment methods would you suggest to buy online Vinitaly Wine Club wines?
We suggest Credit Card or PayPal or Pre-paid Card payment, but you can also wire transfer any amount through your bank. How can I get an invoice for my order?
If you need to receive the invoice, you must request this at the very moment of the order, inputting the data required for billing (Company name and VAT), to enable our administrative office to issue invoice correctly. If you do not request invoice when you order, it is unfortunately not possible to issue it and send it back. The invoice is usually sent in the first days of the month following the date of the order.
I may not be home during the day. Can you deliver to my workplace?
Yes, you can always enter a shipping address (your office, your next door neighbours, your friends, etc.), which can be different from the invoicing address (your home address, for example). You will always receive an email or text message informing you on the delivery status. Moreover, you can monitor your shipment online at any time.

We will gladly take care of your clients gifting for any occasion, not only at Christmas time but throughout the year, even to simply make your meetings special or to tastefully underline a business meeting or a company visit. Should the parcel be delivered to me damaged or wine-stained, what should I do?
Should you receive some visibly damaged, broken or wine-stained parcels from the Vinitaly Wine Club appointed courier, please reject the delivery. We will take care of the recovery of the goods and the issue of a new shipment. Should the shipment include multiple boxes and not all of them be damaged, please reject the faulty box only and sign the delivery slip "with reserve". Vinitaly Wine Club will take care of the damaged box and will substitute it for a new one. Any delivery expense for the return of a damaged box and shipment of a new one are entirely covered by Vinitaly Wine Club.

Yes, the minimum order fro promotion wines in flash sales in Italy is 3 bottles, or multiples of 3, while for Europe and the World (not all countries), the minimum order is for 6 bottles, or multiple of 6.
The wines on offer with the flash sales enjoy the same guarantee of quality offers for wines in Shop catalogue?
Absolutely yes, all wines are 100% guaranteed. They are purchased directly from the wineries and are subject to our usual strict quality controls.
Why delivery times are longer for flash sales’ wines compared to the standard timing?
Flash sales orders are processed at the end of the offer. Wines are shipped the day after flash sale’s end. We always have a stock of wines available for immediate delivery, but in some cases we have to order more bottles to wineries, and this leads to longer delivery times. Delivery in Italy, is guaranteed within 2 weeks after the end of the offer; abroad, instead, in Europe and in the World (not in all countries) is variable to weigh country.
