Cantina Roccafiore represents the ideal of modern enology in Umbria. Immersed harmoniously between vineyards and woods, the winery is conceived as a modern and technological converted area, in perfect symbiosis with the surrounding territory of Todi. It is a multitasking space, perfect location for cultural meetings, events and exhibitions. Cement, steel, glass and passion: these are the elements at the base of pure design and technological heart that beats with absolute and illuminated precision.

The vineyards of Roccafiore winery cover about 15 hectares of vine lands, where Sangiovese, Montepulciano and Sagrantino grapes grow, together with Grechetto di Todi, Moscato Giallo and Trebbiano Spoletino white grapes. All vineyards are cultivated following sustainable agriculture philosophy and they represent something unique in Todi area. Roccafiore's wine high quality is due to natural and rational approach in winemaking, thanks to a meticulous manual work in the vineyards and in the cellar, in order to get the most from sustainable grapes.

This project has been created to support the rhythms of nature, to turn veyards fruits into fine Umbrian wines, in line with a product philosophy oriented to naturalness. The idea of ​​ecosustainability and naturalness that includes Roccafiore production stands out also in the cellar, which is interred and receives the grapes in a natural way, by taking advantage of the gravity force.
